About The Position

As dewatering operations expand, the company needs to add personnel to its operating team. This role involves handling day-to-day dewatering projects from start to finish, including preparing for successful job startups, operating projects, and performing smooth tear-downs, all while maintaining a well-kept and safe work environment. Some projects will require a flexible schedule, including working weekends or nights, to service customers’ emergency needs and ensure project success. The company aims to maintain a healthy work-life balance and fairly compensate and incentivize for difficult projects and irregular work occurrences. The role will involve operating and servicing a variety of mechanical dewatering equipment, such as centrifuges, screw presses, and belt filter presses, as well as supporting systems like polymer systems, conveyors, pumps, electrical components, heavy equipment, and spill containments.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of mechanical dewatering equipment to ensure uptime and performance for flawless duty cycles daily.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Continuously ensure equipment is operating at the highest level of throughput.
Maintain professionalism and communications with plant personnel while providing premier, industry-leading services.
Maintain clear and accurate communication with other parts of the MB team to offer totally turn-key solutions, including transportation and treatment.
Maintain accurate records, note keeping, and manifests as needed for accurate tracking of dewatering operations.
Perform in-field repairs, preventative maintenance, and diagnosis of necessary equipment, alongside manager and other technicians.
Perform projects as needed that may require overnight stays at quality accommodations, with per diems issued by MB.
