Special Needs Nanny Needed - Part Time
About The Position
We are a kind and loving family in the Stone Oak area looking for a flexible and responsible nanny looking to work in assisting day to day life and nurture our childrens hobbies. We are seeking a Nanny who is wanting a Part-Time schedule helping with all things for our 15YO son and 18YO daughter who are on the Austism Spectrum. Our ideal candidate is someone who is patient, caring, and always willing to give their time to our children! Responsibilities will include light housekeeping to keep up after the children, transporting kids to school and extracurriculars, along with One-on-One time with the kids consisting of games, cooking, and bonding activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) prior to being hired
- One year of paid childcare experience, and in-home nanny experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
- Ability to participate and pass a Background Check
- 3 good childcare references
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children paid or unpaid with at least 3 references speaking to childcare work.
- Reliable transportation and cell phone.
- Your willingness and ability to travel from their home to school and sports activities.
- Commitment to be communicative and responsive to a staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet loving families!
