Special Needs Caregiver
About The Position
24 Hour Home Care is seeking empathetic and attentive caregivers to provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). This role involves following individualized client care plans, providing periodic progress updates, and offering non-medical services such as personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Pay rates are set by assignment and may vary depending on client location and services required, with an expected CA pay rate of $20/hour for current assignments.
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience
- Proof of negative TB Results
- Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s)

- Ability to travel to different cities
