About The Position
Would you like to give compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes? We have current Home Health Aide / Habilitation Technician / Direct Support Professional openings in the following locations: Columbia, MO (and surrounding areas) and Jefferson City, MO (and surrounding areas). BAYADA offers Direct Support Professionals flexible scheduling, weekly pay ($19 per hour), short commute times, a positive work environment, scholarship programs, a stable working environment, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates. Requirements
- At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.
- Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD.
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community.
