Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Reliable transportation to support client needs
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.
- Empower independence and confidence
- Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments
- Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines
- Encourage community engagement and social connection
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Assist with transportation for appointments and outings
