About The Position
This is a full-time, 10-month position for the 2026-2027 school year, working 183 days. The role involves supporting instruction and working with groups of children within a public school system.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent
- Completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education; or Hold an associate's (or higher) degree; or Have passed the Parapro Assessment through ETS.
- Basic reading, writing, and computation skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an instructional assistant in a public school system
- Experience working with groups of children
- Basic computer skills
