About The Position

Steele Auto Group is looking for Special Finance Managers for Steele Advantage Financing. The role focuses on helping customers understand their credit, manage their budgets, and build confidence in their financial journey, rather than just processing paperwork or chasing sales numbers. The Special Finance team educates, guides, and empowers customers, especially those facing credit challenges or needing budgeting advice, to help them move forward and achieve their goals, such as purchasing their first vehicle.

Requirements

• A natural people person with a strong belief in customer-first service.
• Confident telephone skills, with the ability to build customer trust from the first call.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of explaining complex information clearly and patiently.
• Someone who prioritizes guiding people before selling to them.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand their credit situation and explore suitable financing options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners to facilitate flexible solutions.
• Educate customers on available programs, protections, and the necessary next steps for their financial journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team by providing financial knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Process documentation and deals with meticulous care, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
