Temporary staff needed for special events at Timber and Torch. TIPS certification required and prior bar/serving experience and knowledge of banquets preferred. This role involves preparing venues per event orders, stocking and setting up for service, and performing shift opening tasks such as setting tables and opening doors. The position requires adherence to State Liquor Regulations and TIPS certification, and the ability to determine when customers should not be served alcohol. Responsibilities also include alerting management to inventory shortages, bussing and resetting the venue, and complying with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Other duties may be assigned.
