About The Position

This is a part-time position within the Operations Department, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. The role involves working at various events such as baseball, hockey, football, soccer, basketball games, and concerts throughout Los Angeles County. Candidates will be contacted after application submission to schedule a written exam and submit certifications. Professional attire is required throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Current Paramedic Basic skills and abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
CA Driver’s License
State of California Paramedic License
CPR Card (American Heart Association ONLY, Health Care Provider. Hand written cards are not acceptable)
ACLS Card (American Heart Association ONLY, hand written cards are not acceptable)
PALS (American Heart Association ONLY, hand written cards are not acceptable)
ICS courses, IS-100B (ICS 100)
IS-200B (ICS 200)
IS-700A (NIMS)
IS-800B (NIMS)
Must be able to successfully pass the Physical Agility Test
Good physical stamina, endurance, and body condition that would not be adversely affected by frequently having to walk, stand, lift, carry and balance at times.
Must be able to lift, drag, hoist and carry different types of equipment and other objects.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols, and company policies.
Complete all appropriate documentation as outlined in company policy.
Report all problems and unusual occurrences immediately to the Lead Paramedic or Supervisor.
Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to hygiene and uniform standards.
