This position involves coordinating operational logistics for athletic and special events hosted at University of North Florida facilities. The role includes assisting with the management, execution, and evaluation of event-related contracts and services, and supporting the daily operations, readiness, and maintenance coordination of all athletic facilities. The Special Events Assistant will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality event experiences, and will assist Facilities & Operations leadership with event staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
