Special Event Worker I (Part Time)

About The Position

Under general supervision, workers assist in the set-up, operation, and take down of special events. These include but are not limited to athletic tournaments, festivals, concerts, parades, and the annual Great Christmas Light Show. Other various tasks include landscaping and general facility and equipment upkeep between special events. A general knowledge of athletic field maintenance / preparation and landscaping is preferred. Workers must be dependable to accommodate an on demand schedule covering weekends, early mornings, and occasionally nights. Hours will vary.

Requirements

• High school graduate (or equivalent)
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be physically able to operate lawn equipment and hand tools.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry weights up to 80 pounds.
• Dependable to accommodate an on demand schedule covering weekends, early mornings, and occasionally nights.

Nice To Haves
