Under the direct supervision of a licensed teacher, this role involves assisting in the development of an instructional program by working with students on Individual Educational Plans (I.E.P.) individually or in small/large groups. Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, maintaining classroom discipline, and conducting planned activities using teacher-designated methods and materials. Some positions require specific aptitude and skill in working with particular disabilities or learning needs of students. This position requires bilingual proficiency (Spanish or Russian).
