About The Position
Taylor Preparatory High School, located in Taylor, MI, opened in 2013 and serves students in grades 9-12. The school is recognized as a Michigan Reward School with an 'A' letter grade in peer-to-peer comparison according to the 2022-23 Michigan School Grades System. It has received both the Student Enrollment and Taking Flight in Employee Engagement Eagle Awards and outperforms the local district in all subjects on the state test. Teachers are supported by Deans and Instructional Coaches, participate in mentoring groups, and engage in regular outings and activities to build camaraderie.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide students with specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability, such as: a resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
- Participate in professional development that is specific to special education curriculum, along with data tracking tools.
