About The Position
Taylor Preparatory High School, located in Taylor, MI, opened in 2013 and serves students in grades 9-12. At Taylor Prep, you can connect passion with purpose. The school has been recognized as a Michigan Reward School and received an 'A' letter grade in peer-to-peer comparison according to the 2022-23 Michigan School Grades System. It is also a recipient of both the Student Enrollment and Taking Flight in Employee Engagement Eagle Awards. Taylor Prep outperforms the local district in all subjects on the state test. Deans and Instructional Coaches are assigned to each teacher to provide support and instructional coaching. - Provide students with specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as: a resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
- Participate in professional development that is specific to special education curriculum, along with data tracking tools.
