About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the current school year. The teacher will develop customized instructional frameworks that build on student strengths and address learning gaps, establish measurable benchmarks, and use evidence-based methods to advance academic progress and support students’ social-emotional resilience. The role includes creating an inviting, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

The teacher will collaborate and communicate with parents, general education peers, and multidisciplinary specialists to align instruction and coordinate support across settings. Responsibilities also include adapting core curricula, applying differentiation strategies, and using real-time student data to guide instruction. The position is based in person on a K–12 campus and follows Monday–Friday standard school hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with an elementary special education endorsement.
• Ability to provide instruction across diverse educational environments.
• Exceptional classroom management skills.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Collaborative professional style.

Nice To Haves

• Prior school-based teaching experience is highly preferred.
• Newly licensed educators are welcome to apply.
