About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the current school year. The teacher will support diverse learners by developing customized instructional frameworks that build on student strengths and address learning gaps. The role focuses on setting clear, measurable benchmarks and using evidence-based methods to support academic progress, social-emotional resilience, and an inviting, engaging classroom environment.

The teacher will collaborate with parents, general education colleagues, and multidisciplinary specialists to align instruction and provide continuity of support across settings. The teacher will adapt core curricula, use differentiation strategies, and guide instructional decisions with real-time student data to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

This is a full-time contract position providing in-person support on a K–12 campus, Monday through Friday during standard school hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with an elementary special education endorsement.
• Versatility to provide instruction across diverse educational environments.
• Exceptional classroom management skills.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Collaborative professional style.

Nice To Haves

• Prior school-based teaching experience is highly preferred.
