About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for a temporary, full-time, school-based assignment near Somerset, New Jersey . Responsibilities

Design and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with student needs
Collaborate with general education teachers to support student learning and analyze performance data
Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
Participate in curriculum development and professional learning communities
Build strong relationships with students and families, provide regular communication on progress, and actively participate in school events
