About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to serve high school students in Belmont, New Hampshire, during the 2026–2027 school year. Placement is personalized according to candidates’ experience, preferred student age group, caseload interests, and geographic preferences. Responsibilities vary by placement. The teacher will receive support from a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, ongoing mentorship, collaboration with related-service professionals and district teams, and access to resources and professional development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification or eligibility for certification.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized instruction to students receiving special education services.
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Use evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions.
Support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations.
Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments.
