About The Position
We are seeking a committed High School Special Education Teacher to join our team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring academic success and personal growth throughout the school year.
Requirements
- Valid Connecticut Special Education Teaching Certification (Grades 9–12)
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience working with high school students in special education settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with curriculum standards
