About The Position

Special Education Teacher roles for Summer 2026. Variety of age groups and classroom settings. In-person, July 6-23 (Monday-Thursday). Hello Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is looking for Special Education Teachers for Extended School Year (ESY) positions in the North St. Paul, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
