Special Education Teacher
About The Position
PRO Pediatric Services is seeking an exceptional Special Education Teacher to provide services at a local intermediate unit for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is based in Dunmore, PA, and involves working with a K-12 caseload in a special education classroom. The position offers a full-time schedule with normal school day hours. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Active Teaching Certificate in Special Education
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching of students with disabilities.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one-year experience working with special education students is highly preferred.
