About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher in the Roseville, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This is an in-person position for the 2026-2027 school year, focusing on a center-based ASD classroom for 5-6 Kindergarteners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
- Experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum
- Previous experience working in center-based ASD classrooms
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Teaching self-regulation and executive functioning strategies
- Supporting social skills development
- Providing differentiated academic instruction in a center-based setting
- Collaborating with other professionals
