About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Elementary Special Education Teacher in the White Bear Lake, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This is a self-contained (cluster) Autism Spectrum Disorder position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Experience working with students requiring social-emotional and behavioral supports
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Teaching self-regulation and executive functioning strategies
