Illinois Intensive Support Classroom Teacher
About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in an Illinois school district. The teacher will lead a self-contained classroom of approximately 10 students, primarily with autism and varying levels of support needs. The educator will provide individualized instruction based on students’ abilities, learning needs, IEPs, and educational goals while maintaining a structured, supportive classroom environment. The role follows a school-day schedule of 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM and uses tailored teaching strategies, consistent routines, and positive behavioral support to promote student development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with the appropriate Special Education endorsement.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
