About The Position

Point Quest Group is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support students ages 3–5 in a school-based setting in Arizona. In this role, you’ll help young learners build foundational academic, social, and developmental skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate
• Experience working with preschool or early elementary special education students
• Strong knowledge of IEPs and compliance requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

• Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) endorsement preferred
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays
• Familiarity with behavioral strategies (ABA, PBIS, etc.)
• Prior school-based experience in Arizona

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with therapists (OT, SLP, PT), aides, and families
• Track student progress and adjust instruction based on data
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students' social-emotional and behavioral growth
