The salary for interns starts at $51,829.00 annually, with an additional $1,200 stipend. Salary placement is determined by educational units and years of full-time teaching experience, with a maximum placement at Class IV, Step 11 (equivalent to 10 years of teaching experience). Full-time employees receive comprehensive health benefits including family medical coverage, employee life and vision insurance, and employee or family dental coverage. Part-time employees receive benefits proportional to their work percentage. The work calendar consists of 185 days. New employees are placed on an 11-month pay schedule, while returning employees are on a 12-month pay schedule.
