Special Education Resource Aide
About The Position
Clint ISD is hiring a paraprofessional Special Education Resource Instructional Aide at Red Sands Elementary for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is paid at a daily rate of $110.40–$133.84 and works 187 days, eight hours per day. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and meet ESSA standards by completing two years of study at an institution of higher education (48 college credit hours) or holding an associate degree or higher. The successful applicant must apply for and obtain a valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate upon hire. Experience working with children is preferred. Applicants must submit a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, transcripts documenting at least 48 hours from an accredited college or university, a copy of a driver’s license, and a current resume. Documents may be attached electronically or delivered to the CISD Central Administration Building at 14521 Horizon Blvd., El Paso, Texas 79928.
Requirements

- Ability to use a computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, Access, and email systems.
