About The Position
Holcomb Elementary is seeking a committed and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a Structured Learning Services environment (1:15 setting). This role involves assisting with academic instruction, adaptive behavior and daily living skills for students with disabilities.
Requirements
- At least 60 college credit hours, OR a passing score on the Paraprofessional PRAXIS exam
- Experience working with students with disabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow teacher direction
- Ability to provide consistent support in a structured setting
