About The Position
Samuel Staples Elementary School is seeking two Paraprofessionals to provide support for students. This is a full-time position following the school calendar for students, with an immediate opening. The role involves assisting with one-to-one instruction, implementing student programs, and potentially aiding younger students with hygiene needs. The position is within the Support Staff/Instructional Assistant category.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or evidence of having passed the Para-Pro Assessment
- Ability to communicate with and relate to young children
- Good organization skills
- Flexibility

- Experience working with young students with disabilities a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with one-to-one instruction and/or provide support for students
- Implement programs developed for the students(s)
- May assist younger students with hygiene needs
