About The Position
Our company needs a contractual Special Education Teacher Support Services, SETSS, provider to instruct a significant number of students in a private school in the Bronx during and after school hours. The students require academic support and encouragement. The hours are somewhat flexible but follow the school calendars.
Requirements
- Hold Certification from NY State's Department of Education as an Intern or as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (Special Education) or Literacy (Reading).
Responsibilities
- Instruct students requiring academic support and encouragement.
- Provide reports and monthly invoices to support the students' instruction.
