About The Position
Position available for the 2026-2027 School Year- 4 Day School Week. The primary purpose of this role is to help meet the physical and instructional needs of individual students with disabilities inside and outside the classroom. This includes assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), such as self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs. The aide will work under the general supervision of the principal and the immediate direction of a certified teacher.
Requirements
- Associate's degree, two years of study at an institution of higher learning, or have met formal academic assessment as required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
- Valid Texas educational aide certificate
