About The Position

At Cross Country Education, we offer Special Education Aides both long-term and day-to-day placements in schools across Los Angeles, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your availability and goals. Whether you're looking for consistent work or more variety in your schedule, all roles follow the regular school-day hours and allow you to enjoy summers and school breaks off.

Requirements

48 Units of College Credit
Minimum requirement of 3 months experience working with Prek-12 students with IEPs (Individual Educational Plans)

Responsibilities

Assist teachers with lesson instruction and classroom activities
Support students in individual or group settings based on their IEP goals
Help implement curriculum and classroom routines
Provide academic and behavioral support throughout the school day
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Perform related duties as needed
