This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Under the supervision of the Site Coordinator and in conjunction with other staff directors, the Special Education Aide supports teachers in providing instruction and care to students with disabilities. This role helps implement individualized education plans (IEPs), reinforces learning, and supports students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development in an inclusive classroom environment.
