About The Position
This is a part-time position for a Special Education Program Assistant with a Special Education Paraprofessional Approval (SEPA) at Hunting Ridge School in Palatine, IL. The position is for 185 days a year, 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The hourly rate is $16.88 plus a $2.50/hr SEPA stipend. Excellent benefits are offered. The SEPA stipend is added to a position when there is special care required for the student.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold at least ONE of the following licenses through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE): Paraprofessional License (PARA), Short Term Approval for Paraprofessionals (STA), Substitute License (SUB), Professional Educator License (PEL).
