Where Your Career is a Force for Good! We are seeking a Special Collections Coordinator II for our Charlotte, NC Office located at: 13500 South Point Blvd, Ste L., Charlotte, NC 28273

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Current state licensure required, as applicable.
  • Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time.
  • May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • RN/LPN, medical assistant training, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bilingual is helpful
  • Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • Basic to intermediate computer/PC skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently and professionally communicate with patients and donors preparing for upcoming surgeries, physician office personnel, physicians, and other healthcare professionals while effectively managing time-sensitive and complex situations.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient and donor information appropriately.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full knowledge of job. Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job.
  • Contact within department and occasionally outside of organization.
