Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal seeks a Special Assistant to be part of a collaborative and energetic team. This role involves supporting the Borough President, Deputy Borough President, and Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day office operations and priorities. The Special Assistant will also support the Executive Team with scheduling, logistics, travel, and other administrative needs to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with MBPO staff to coordinate and execute office-wide priorities and initiatives, prepare briefing materials, conduct research, coordinate meetings and events, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The position also entails managing and executing special projects as assigned.
