About The Position

Provide accurate and timely service to our members and colleagues. Process a high volume of transactions in a deadline-oriented environment, while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize work and handle multiple activities.
  • Able to identify errors or faults in process, recommend, and implement solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • some college coursework preferred
  • Accredited ACH Professional and/or National Check Professional certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned operational function and ensure all related work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process member transactions including check deposits, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
  • Monitor assigned exception reports and process corrections and adjustments as necessary.
  • Review and evaluate check held in Deposit Anywhere portal. Understand key fraud indicators to protect our members and the credit form losses.
  • Identify inefficiencies that could be eliminated in your daily work and suggest improvements to managers.
  • Perform trouble shooting and research for operations.
