About The Position

Join our team as a Spec 1, Customer Training, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Customer Care associates across the U.S. Based in Covington, GA, this hybrid contractor position offers a blend of in-office and remote work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with competitive pay at $20/hr. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years contact center experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
  • At least 3 years of high-quality coaching experience with a track record of positive behavior change.
  • Associate’s degree in business-related studies or equivalent experience (3 years internal, 5 years external).
  • Strong analytical, training design, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality assurance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and feedback delivery abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing supply chain environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Expertise in knowledge management systems and job aid creation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training to Customer Care associates on handling calls, chats, and emails, tailored to all leadership levels.
  • Use the ADDIE methodology to design, develop, and facilitate both entry-level and advanced training programs.
  • Perform statistical analysis on training and quality assurance data to create individualized coaching plans.
  • Provide detailed QA reporting to supervisors and managers to support performance improvement.
  • Analyze customer escalation cases to identify training gaps and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop and update development plans and training needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with operations to maintain and enhance the Knowledge Management System and job aids.
  • Ensure compliance with all company, departmental, and quality system standards.
  • Identify and reinforce best practices, offering continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and other interdepartmental improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations and support adherence to regulatory and departmental guidelines.
  • Invest in personal and professional development to stay at the forefront of training and coaching best practices.
