Speaker Test Technician
About The Position
The Speaker Test Technician is responsible for the quality control of gear, with a great attention to detail. This role involves the physical inspection and repair of cabinets, rigging, dollies, grilles, etc. The technician will test cabinets to manufacturers' specifications using the ERP system and speaker test equipment. They will also troubleshoot basic to complex speaker failures and communicate with Engineering and IT departments on current and future test procedures, as well as with repair staff on speaker failures and damage. Maintaining an organized work area and attention to detail throughout all processes, along with always maintaining safety, are crucial. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic hand tool and hand-held power tool skills.
