This is a full time, in office role (45+ hours a week) based at our Austin, TX headquarters, with travel to 6 to 20 events per year.

Requirements

• Experience speaking or presenting at live events
• 3+ years of top performing sales experience
• Experience in sales and meeting quota.
• Strong CRM and sales process proficiency
• Willingness to travel 6 to 20 times per year
• Living within 30 minutes of Westlake, Austin

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of high performance sales experience
• $1M+ in total lifetime sales
• Experience with high volume, low ticket sales ($5K or less, short sales cycles)
• Experience as a paid or featured speaker at conferences or events

Responsibilities

• Travel to 6 to 20 events per year, pitch our mission and services from stage, and enroll new authors on the spot.
• Deliver high energy, inspiring presentations that move audiences to action.
• Depending on your strengths, book strategy sessions as an SDR, build partnerships as a business development rep, or close deals as a sales rep.
• Understand each aspiring author's goals and obstacles, and recommend the right selfpublishing.com program for them.
• Use our CRM and proven sales systems to measure and improve your performance.
• Work alongside a hungry, mission driven sales and marketing team.

• Base pay: $35,000 to $50,000, plus incentive compensation
