Reporting to Supervisor of Sterile Processing Operations, the Sterile Processing Instrument Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all surgical instrument trays and related sterile supplies are accurately tracked, available, and delivered to the correct operating rooms in support of safe and efficient surgical operations. Using hospital electronic healthcare management system and instrument-tracking tools, this role serves as the primary coordinator for tray management between the Operating Room (OR) and Sterile Processing (SPD) to monitor tray readiness, resolve shortages, and address quality or safety concerns related to instrumentation. This is a highly visible, hands‑on, physical presence position focused on real-time operational coordination, accuracy, communication and clinical workflow support.
