About The Position
E-Logic is seeking a Spatial Database Manager to support geospatial data integration, coordinate system management, and environmental spatial data validation activities for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)'s Office of Response & Restoration (OR&R) programs.
Requirements
- Experience with GIS and spatial database management
- Knowledge of coordinate systems and geospatial standards
- Experience with environmental or scientific datasets
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ArcGIS, QGIS, or geospatial SQL tools
- NOAA or environmental restoration experience
Responsibilities
- Manage spatial and geographic environmental datasets
- Support coordinate projection and datum validation
- Maintain spatial database standards and metadata
- Assist with GIS-related QA/QC activities
- Support integration of geospatial data into DIVER systems
