About The Position

Sparkle Squad is growing and looking for positive people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team! Our professional team cleans more than hundreds of residential homes and dozens of commercial properties each year. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchisee, and not to Sparkle Squad Corporate.

Requirements

  • Licensed driver with a good driving record.
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible.
  • Natural problem solvers.
  • Get fulfillment through completing work at a high degree of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and grow interpersonal communication skills.
  • Represent the company.
  • Perform physical work including using water-fed poles up to 5 stories high, power washing equipment, and more.
  • Work outside in a team environment.
  • Be self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible.
  • Problem-solve and improvise when necessary, with support.
  • Complete work at a high degree of quality.
  • Clean residential homes and commercial properties.
  • Clean windows (interior and exterior), commercial glass within office buildings, gutters, and perform power washing, soft wash, and holiday lighting services.
