About The Position

The Spare Service Representative is responsible for filling vacant routes, merchandising and completing deliveries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner in a certain geographic location while progressing to obtain your own route. This role involves accurate inventory management, merchandising, and daily check procedures, ensuring accuracy of billing to customers, and maintaining a clean and serviceable vehicle with daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. The representative must follow all retail/account procedures regarding deliveries and communicate effectively with the Service Manager regarding route adjustments, emergencies, extended hours, or additional assignments, as well as with Sales Representatives as needed. The role also includes fueling delivery vehicles, complying with Southern Crown Partners policies and applicable laws, and working collaboratively to build and maintain relationships. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a schedule that includes early morning start times.

  • Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork, accounting, and documentation.
  • Ability to solve practical and simple math problems.
  • Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and their staff.

  • Punctual and dependable.

  • Possesses a valid commercial driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Valid CDL-A Federal License (Real ID)

Responsibilities

  • Ability to fuel delivery vehicles to maintain adequate fluid levels.
  • Comply with Southern Crown Partners policies, procedures, and all applicable laws.
  • Working with others, building, and maintaining relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
