About The Position

The Service Representative is responsible for completing deliveries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. This role involves accurate inventory and daily check procedures, ensuring the accuracy of billing to customers, and maintaining a clean and serviceable vehicle. The representative will also communicate effectively with the Service Manager regarding route adjustments, emergencies, extended hours, or additional assignments, and collaborate with Sales Representatives as needed. Additionally, the role requires fueling delivery vehicles, complying with company policies and laws, and working collaboratively with others to build and maintain relationships. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to work a schedule that includes early mornings.

Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork, accounting, and documentation.
Ability to solve practical and simple math problems.
Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and their staff.

Punctual and dependable.
Possesses a valid commercial driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.
High School graduate or GED
Valid CDL-A License

Responsibilities

Accurate inventory and daily check procedures.
Ensuring accuracy of billing to customers.
Maintain clean and serviceable vehicle, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Follow all retail procedures regarding deliveries.
Communicating effectively and timely with Service Manager regarding route adjustments, emergencies, extended hours, or additional assignments.
Communicating with Sales Representatives as needed.
Fuel delivery vehicles to maintain adequate fluid levels.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws.
Working with others, building, and maintaining relationships.
Performs other duties as assigned.
