About The Position

The Spare Sales Representative is an entry-level sales position that serves as a back-up to Sales Representatives providing support to accounts during vacancies and absences and held accountable for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and maintaining quality standards of products by the rotation.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effectively working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
  • Ability to be punctual in meeting route scheduling and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beverage distribution or related sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strengthening retailer relations.
  • Maintaining account rapport, case sales replenishment and growth, quality assurance of products, and follow-up communication.
  • Responsible for effective planning and execution of sales promotions.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for compliance with the company's Product Freshness Rotation Policy
  • Responsible for partnering and communication with dedicated Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
