About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Spanish Teacher for a business-focused, one-to-one course in Houston, United States. The client is a beginner adult learner seeking to improve their professional/business Spanish. The course will consist of 30 total hours, with sessions lasting two hours each, held twice a week on Mondays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The preferred start date is ASAP, with classes resuming on October 5th. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of the specified location (77083, Houston).
- Ability to submit CV with references, availability, and earliest possible start date.
- Meet the stated conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized language training to a professional/business student.
- Conduct one-to-one Spanish lessons.
- Adhere to the student's schedule of twice a week, on Mondays (11:00 AM–1:00 PM) and Fridays (10:00 AM–12:00 PM).
- Be available to start as soon as possible, with classes resuming on October 5th.
- Potentially adjust schedule and location based on availability.
