Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in child-related credits. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience
• Experience working with young children; school setting and/or childcare facility
• Willingness to work flexibility hours based on the needs of the school and program
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment

Responsibilities
