About The Position

This role offers competitive pay, with rates from $27/hr to $30/hr for In-Person Programs, plus the opportunity to earn a program completion bonus of up to 10% of your total program earnings. You will make a meaningful impact by helping close the opportunity gap and supporting urban students in reaching their full potential by providing academic assistance in both English and a second language. The flexible schedule allows for 10-35 hours per week, perfect for balancing studies, caregiving, or other commitments. Requirements

• Committed to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved and bilingual students
• Fluent in both English and a second language, with the ability to provide academic support in both languages
• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program)
• Ready to work closely with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success

Responsibilities

• Provide Bilingual Spanish support in Global History
