About The Position

CareCo Home Care is seeking a bilingual Spanish-Speaking Community Liaison to join our team in Willimantic, Connecticut. This is a full-time position for someone who is passionate about connecting the Spanish-speaking community with the home care services they need. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, culturally aware, and experienced in community outreach or healthcare navigation.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and culturally sensitive
• Comfortable working with office systems and technology

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or social services preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, families, and caregivers
• Translating and interpreting communications between clients and staff
• Conducting community outreach to connect individuals with CareCo's services
• Assisting Spanish-speaking clients with paperwork, documentation, and onboarding
• Building relationships with local community organizations and referral sources
• Supporting care coordination and scheduling for Spanish-speaking clients
